The Reel Champions exists to create sustained opportunity for women and non-binary filmmakers by building consistent, accessible programming rooted in community—not gatekeeping. Donations and sponsorships directly support year-round events, professional visibility, and member spotlights, allowing TRC to deliver high-quality experiences without placing the financial burden on the filmmakers themselves. Every level of support helps strengthen a creative ecosystem where talent is nurtured, careers are advanced, and impact grows over time.

The Reel Champions Sponsorship Tiers

REEL FRIEND - $50 one time donation

A simple, high-impact way to show up for TRC.

  • • Quarterly instagram round-up of “Reel Wins” showcasing milestones in our members’ careers

REEL ALLY - $20/mo or $240 annually

Sustain TRC programming all year round with a steady gift.

  • • Receive everything included in Reel Friend tier, plus:

  • • Early RSVP window for select TRC events.

  • • Annual donor spotlight (1 Ally per quarter featured in IG story

EVENT SPONSOR - $750 (4 per event)

As an Event Sponsor, your brand powers a specific TRC gathering with high visibility to attendees. Event selected by TRC Board with sponsor approval.

  • • “Sponsored By” logo placement on all event graphics, RSVPs, and outreach.

  • • Host shoutout during the event

  • • Two Instagram highlights (1 pre-event, and 1 sponsor thank-you post-event)

  • • Event invitation for in-person interaction with attendees.

SUPPORTING SPONSOR - $2,500 (2 available)

As a Supporting Sponsor, your brand is a consistent presence across TRC programming.

  • • Logo placement across TRC event promos and newsletter throughout the calendar year, as well as on the TRC website.

  • • Two shared Instagram Sponsor Highlight posts with collaboration option, plus presence in quarterly “Reel Wins” roundups.

PRESENTING SPONSOR - $7,000 (2 available)

As a Presenting Sponsor, your brand becomes a visible, year-long champion of women and non-binary filmmakers in The Reel Champions community.

  • • Featured Placement across TRC’s ecosystem for the full calendar year, including TRC website, newsletters, and placement on TRC event graphics.

As an In-Kind Partner, you directly reduce program costs and raise the quality of TRC events and opportunities.
