In conjunction, we mentor future decision-makers to enable positive change in the hiring, depiction, and representation of minority genders and people of color.

We send out newsletters showcasing creatives of marginalized genders, host frequent networking and educational events, and run the NextGEN Mentorship Program and TRC Shorts Fest!

    The NextGEN Mentorship Program supports women and non-binary people of color pursuing executive careers in entertainment by pairing early-career talent with experienced industry leaders. Through structured mentorship and goal-setting, the program builds leadership pathways and advances a more inclusive generation of decision-makers.
